Refund policy

Our goal is to offer our clients fast and easy exchanges. You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. In cases where you have received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the costs of return shipping to our facility.

Please note that US Federal law states that underwear and undergarments cannot be accepted for any return or exchange, at any time, unless defective. Any underwear returned to TANI USA will be discarded.

All returns require prior authorization, otherwise, the shipment will be refused.

Order Number and reason for Return/Exchange.
Please confirm that the product is brand new, never worn in re-sellable condition.
This means it must have all of the tags and labels and be in original packaging.
