How To Look Great In Your Tani For 2017


We at Tani USA, know how important it is to look good in Underwear. Without being too tight Tani hugs the body and makes you feel amazing. While we are all different sizes, we all want to be comfortable in our body and improve with the new year. Yoga

If you’re not doing yoga, it’s time to start. The benefits are endless as they include; increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, energy and vitality, maintaining a balanced metabolism, and weight reduction. Our favorite yoga is Hot Yoga, which is a style of yoga performed in hot and humid conditions, typically Bikram yoga. Keeping up with yoga will keep you’re body flexible and strong, just like Tani Underwear.

Snack healthy

If there is a food we enjoy most it’s our snacks, but you have to keep it healthy! One of our favorite snacks are mixed nuts. Besides being packed with protein, nuts contain unsaturated fats, omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and more. Having nuts around will help curb appetite and keep you full throughout the day. They are also the perfect food for on the go, rather than picking up fast food. A golf ball-sized portion (about 30g) of unsalted nuts makes a healthy snack and, is filled with vitamins and minerals. If we don’t have nuts around or coming from a workout we love a good protein bar. Our preference are FitJoy bars which are GMO/Gluten free and come in flavors like Pumpkin Pie, and Gingerbread, who said healthy can’t be tastey.

 

Keeping an healthy lifestyle

Staying healthy is a lifestyle more than anything. Ways to help is by walking more and being contentious of your health. If you have a dog you’re in luck, go out for a couple walks a day and your hallway there.  There are many different ways to stay active and it depends on your own preference. If you prefer swimming over rowing, or lifting to Pilates, do what you enjoy as long as you continue it and strive to work harder. Picking up habits you enjoy won’t make it seem like a chore and will make you happier on the inside and outside.
