A Note on Frequent Returns, Undelivered Claims and Chargebacks:
Though we are flexible with returns, there is a point where we will not be able to accept them when/if a pattern of frequent abuse of returns is recognized by our staff.
Tani USA reserves the right to impose a 15% restocking fee on any returns that we receive.
Tani USA reserves the right to no longer accept returns from customers who abuse our return and exchange policy.
Tani USA reserves the right to stop taking orders / cancel orders from customers who make frequent credit card chargebacks or demonstrate a pattern of frequent abuse.

Q: What kind of guarantee do you offer?
A: We offer a try on guarantee! If you don't love your first pair, return it and we'll send a different size, style or issue a refund. Note that this has to be done within the first 30 days.
If you order multple pairs, please try on only one to verify size and fit. We do not accept worn underwear so please try one pair first so if necessary you can exchange the rest.
Q: I've worn the product. Can I still exchange it?
A: The return and exchange policy is based on US Federal Law. Note that US Federal law states that underwear and undergarments cannot be resold for at any time. This does not apply to shirts, lounge or thermal wear.
Any underwear returned to TANI USA will be discarded and destroyed in an envirionmentally friendly manner.
Q: What if the customer ordered for the first time, and the item didn't fit as expected, what guarantee can we give?
A: If this happens, please let us know within 15 days of the purchase. We will offer you an exchange of equal or lesser value. Everything will be done to guarantee that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Q: Do you provide return labels? How do you send items back? How do I return items?
A: We will provide a return label in our Returns Center for domestic returns only. International customers must cover the return shipping charges themselves. Any returned items need to be in original packaging and with tags.
For international or military orders, please contact Customer Support Services.
Q: What is the timeframe for a refund or exchange once the item is received?
A: Refunds and Exchanges are handled within 48-72 hours of receipt.
Q: What does final sale mean? Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" on the website cannot be returned or exchanged.
